I am born in raised here in Kansas City. My interest in therapy was sparked by a lifelong desire to help others and solidified by my own healing journey through therapy. When I am not in classes or working, I love spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, and watching all types of sports. 

• Adolescents and Adults. Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues 

• My counseling style is collaborative and evidence-based. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and person-centered therapy. 

• I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Truman State University in 2020. Currently, I am working towards my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Avila University. 

• Mondays 11-6, possible openings on Wednesdays 

• Self-Pay , $50 Per Session
