• I especially enjoy working with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, inner healing, relational issues (pre-marital, marital, affair-recovery, divorce-recovery) and other common mental health issues. I also provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (learning about oneself through connection with horses) offsite at a nearby location.

 I work with clients from a family systems framework while utilizing many forms of therapy from my broad range of experience and training. I am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, the John Gottman Institute (techniques providing high levels of success in couple's therapy), a Certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator and a certified EAGALA (equine assisted growth and learning) facilitator. I include treatment for the whole person, relational, emotional, and spiritual.
