“Positivity doesn’t just change the contents of your mind … it widens the span of possibilities that you see.” — Barbara Fredrickson, PhD

My interest in becoming a clinician began early in high school and was fostered throughout my time as a Behavior Tech where I learned I love helping people fostering connection. I earned my B.A. in Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and I am pursuing an M.S. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas. I aim to work with people in collaboration to find and foster their strengths to help them to make positive change, handle challenges and find success.
