In 2011, I earned a BA in Psychology from Avila University. I began my career working in an Intermediate Care Facility serving the developmentally disabled population. I then worked as a Case Manager/Service Coordinator serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness for 8 years in Wyandotte and Johnson County. In addition, I have gained valuable experience and knowledge while working for a counseling center that specializes in neurofeedback. I have past experience working at a psychiatric hospital for those suffering with mental illness that have needed immediate crisis stabilization.

I am pursuing an MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas. I am honored to walk alongside people who are struggling and offer effective tools to help. I look forward to supporting others in their personal journey. I am a strong believer in the power of mindfulness to assist in healing and inner peace.
