    • I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling supported, understood, and accepted for where you are. I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas and am currently pursuing my MS in Counseling Psychology as I work toward becoming an LPC. I am particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, and life transitions. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively toward their goals while helping them recognize and build on their strengths. I hope to help clients develop greater self-awareness, navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes that align with the life they want to build.
