ABOUT ME

  • "The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud." Coco Chanel

Christine received her Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and Language from the American University of Paris, France, and an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. After many happy years working within the apparel industry, both domestically and overseas, she decided to change direction and earned her Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Her goal is to help clients face and overcome various life challenges, providing psycho-education to gain a deeper understanding of one’s mental and emotional processes, but also help clients develop and build various intervention techniques that bolster and foster increased self-awareness, frustration tolerance, and the ability to manage one’s thoughts and feelings that lead to greater life satisfaction. She strives to do all this within a welcoming, safe, healing, supportive, and encouraging environment.
